Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of approved2drive.ca (the "Website") and our auto financing application and matching services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Approved2Drive ("Approved2Drive," "we," "us," or "our"). Approved2Drive was formerly known as NewKeys Link, and this Agreement supersedes any prior terms and conditions published under that name.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services. This Agreement is a binding contract between you and Approved2Drive, even though it is electronic and not physically signed.

1. What We Do

Approved2Drive helps drivers in Ontario, Canada — including applicants with bad credit, no credit, or newcomer status — find auto financing by collecting information about your situation and vehicle preferences and connecting you with dealer and lender partners who may be able to offer you financing.

Approved2Drive is not a bank, lender, or credit broker, and we do not guarantee approval for any financing, vehicle, or specific rate or payment. Final financing decisions, rates, and terms are made solely by the dealer and/or lender you are matched with, based on their own underwriting criteria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada with a valid Canadian driver's licence or government-issued ID (or have arranged for a trusted, eligible person to be the registrant) to use the Services. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

3. Your Application

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined or your access to the Services being terminated, and may affect any financing decision made by a dealer or lender partner. We do not verify every detail you submit before sharing it with our partners.

4. Financial Disclaimer

Information on the Website — including our loan, lease, and payment calculators — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, credit, legal, or tax advice. Actual rates, terms, and payments depend on your individual credit profile, the lender's current offers, and other factors outside our control, and may differ from any estimate shown on the Website. You should not make financial decisions based solely on information from the Website without confirming details directly with your matched dealer or lender.

We provide the Website and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided, and we accept no liability for financial or business outcomes resulting from your use of the Website or Services.

5. Testimonials

Testimonials and reviews shown on the Website reflect individual experiences and are not necessarily representative of the experience of all applicants. Results vary based on individual circumstances, and past outcomes do not guarantee similar results for you.

6. Dealer and Lender Network

When you apply, we share your application information with dealer partners and/or lenders in our network so they can contact you directly. Any agreement, purchase, financing contract, or promotion you enter into with a dealer or lender is solely between you and that third party — Approved2Drive is not a party to it and bears no liability for their conduct, representations, pricing, or the vehicles or financing they offer. Review any third-party terms carefully before signing.

7. AI Assistant

The Website includes an AI-powered voice and chat assistant ("Sophia"). Sophia is an automated system, not a licensed financial advisor, and any information it provides is general in nature and subject to the Financial Disclaimer in Section 4. Do not rely on Sophia for financial, legal, or tax advice, and do not share full account numbers, passwords, or government identification numbers with it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility
• Submit fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the Website (including automated/bot submissions)
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Approved2Drive or any third party

9. Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Sponsored Content

The Website may display advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links, including links to dealer or lender partners. We are not responsible for the content, offers, or conduct of third parties reached through such links, and any transaction you enter into with them is solely between you and that third party.

10. Intellectual Property

The Website, including its design, text, graphics, and the Approved2Drive name and logo, is owned by Approved2Drive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without our prior written consent. By submitting content to us (such as a testimonial), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approved2Drive and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, or from any financing decision, dealer interaction, or vehicle purchase made through our referral. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services, if any (Approved2Drive's core matching service is provided free of charge to applicants).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Approved2Drive harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Website or Services, or inaccurate information you provide.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
